Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about QuickPayout architecture, test environments, and compliance.

How does Test Mode work in QuickPayout?

When you register, you automatically receive a dedicated Test Wallet pre-loaded with ₹10,00,000 in virtual balance. You can test single bank transfers, instant UPI payouts, and bulk CSV uploads with simulated bank responses without spending any real money or waiting for KYC approval.

What is required to activate Live Mode?

Live Mode requires verified business KYC, an active company PAN card, bank account verification, and admin-assigned limits. Once approved, you fund your nodal account and disburse real money.

Can Test Mode balance be used in Live Mode?

No. Test Mode and Live Mode are completely isolated at the database, service, and ledger level. Test virtual balance can never be transferred, withdrawn, or utilized in live production.

What payout modes are supported?

We support IMPS (Instant 24x7 transfers up to ₹5 Lakhs), UPI (Instant sub-second transfers up to ₹1 Lakh to any VPA), NEFT (Standard clearing for higher volume), and RTGS (High-value transfers above ₹2 Lakhs).

How do you prevent duplicate transfers in bulk uploads or API requests?

QuickPayout employs cryptographic idempotency keys, duplicate row checks on reference IDs and destination accounts, and row-level database mutex locks so that multiple API submissions can never cause duplicate debits.

What happens if a payout fails at the beneficiary bank?

If a beneficiary bank rejects a transfer (e.g. invalid account, beneficiary bank offline), our system immediately refunds the principal amount, processing fee, and GST back into your wallet ledger.
