We collect merchant identification data (Name, Registered Business Name, Email, Mobile number), KYC compliance documentation (PAN cards, Certificate of Incorporation), and beneficiary payment credentials strictly required to execute transfers.

2. Security & Encryption Standards

All sensitive financial data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We enforce role-based access control and IP whitelisting firewalls.

3. Regulatory Disclosures

Financial records and transaction ledger entries are retained in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) requirements.
